About us
Forum Sekuriteit was established to promote the constitutional rights of supporters, the general public and vulnerable communities. These rights include among other things the right to life, freedom and security of a person and dignity.
Mission
Our mission is to:
- Increase the safety of the general public;
- Increase the safety of public as well private schools;
- Establish and manage armed-reaction and medical emergency reaction units of high quality;
- Establish, develop and manage policing partnerships to curb crime through cooperation;
- Patrol and prevent crime, and to arrest criminals in the prescribed manner;
- Offer the required support in the prosecution of criminals;
- Offer the required support and counselling to crime victims; and
- Launch awareness campaigns to promote safety.

Forum Sekuriteit’s goals:

Our management and Board of Directors
Johan Kruger
Johan Kruger is the head of Community Development and has LL.B. and LL. M. degrees as well as a postgraduate diploma in Business Management. He has been working in the Solidarity Movement for 17 years and is also a practising attorney at Kruger Wilkens Attorneys.
Ian Colyn
Ian Colyn is a businessman with a wide entrepreneurial scope and has an unquenchable passion for being an Afrikaner. His involvement and understanding of communities, coupled with his insurance and business background make him a key advisory role player on the board of Forum Sekuriteit. He believes in the saying “together we are better”, but even more in “we can do it ourselves”.
Corli Thiebaut
Corli is responsible for accurate accounting bookkeeping to ensure an unqualified audit report. She also ensures that the statutory requirements of the South African Revenue Service are adhered to. Corli also provides real-time financial reports and is responsible for budgets and cash flow management.
Raymond Hohls
Raymond Hohls is currently the Operational Manager: Community Safety and a member of Forum Sekuriteit’s board of directors. He has 27 years of military experience and is responsible for establishing our structures and the training of our neighbourhood and farm watches.
Frik Dreyer
Frik Dreyer is an industrial engineer with sound technical and mechanical expertise. He is very competent and has the ability to identify business processes and propose indispensable solutions. Frik is responsible, amongst others, for finances, human resources and administration, and has extensive experience in the development of processes and procedures and the dissemination of knowledge.
Nic Arnold
Nic Arnold heads the board of directors and has a master’s degree in Labour Law as well as postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Law. He is an expert in corporate management with 17 years of experience in senior management.
Deon Reyneke
Deon Reyneke is deputy chief executive and is at the helm of Labour Relations and Professional Networks. He is responsible for ensuring that Solidarity members across South Africa can function freely, safely and prosperously in the workplace. Collective negotiations are also part of his responsibilities. Deon was previously employed by Eskom and the South African Police Service.
Marnus Kamfer
Marnus is an attorney that specialises in criminal law, firearm legislation and the security industry. He is also involved in the training provided by Forum Sekuriteit.
